After Lima, we traveled to Paracas to visit the national reserve and the Ballestas Isles. La Hacienda was the perfect place to stay. The have a large variety of rooms (very smart), so there is something for everyone. My husband and I had a lovely room with a king size bed and a sea view, bed was very good and bathroom perfect. Our three grown children stayed in a triple room, which means here that it is a large room with three identical, almost queen size beds, so no fumbling with roll aways of sofa beds here. I saw that they have other rooms such as family rooms and small villas as well.
Staff wonderful, many, many things to do for grown children as well as for the younger ones (tennis, soccer, trampoline, table tennis, climbing wall, pool table, etc.)
Beautiful pools and jacuzzi, plenty ofsun beds all around, pool service, coffee shop and restaurant.
While our kids wereplayin tennis in the sun, a staff member came around with a large jar of iced lemonade to keep them hydrated. It is kept in good shape as well, no chipping paint or other problems.
